A lifelong interest in real estate along with a background in new home construction, it was only natural for Brenda Grant to start a career in real estate.

Based in Campbell River, she thrives in a fast-paced environment and specializes in an area that spans from Comox Valley to Sayward. Her 25+ years of knowledge of the community along with her experience in the construction industry and skills in negotiating contracts provide her with a level of expertise that is reassuring for her clients.

“If I wake up with a million things to do that day, I’m happy. It’s always a challenge to keep life in balance, with work and leisure - and often a fine line between being really busy and stressed,” she says. “A career in real estate can be very demanding with long hours and having to be available 24/7, but at the end of the day it’s all worth it.”

With an emphasis on customer satisfaction and the knowledge that it may take several viewings before her clients get that ‘good’ feeling about a home, Brenda is diligent about keeping up to date on every development in her community. She also gives back by volunteering annually at the Knights of Columbus Christmas Hamper that delivers approximately 1200 hampers over the holidays.

“I really do believe that Campbell River is the best place to live, work, play and retire. I’ve raised my family here and love everything the city has to offer – we have a wonderful community here and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.”
