Holly Harper specializes in buying and selling luxury homes, family estates, and unique properties in the Victoria area. With 16 years of experience and a family history in the real estate industry she has been licensed since 2004 and excels at marketing the unique properties found throughout the city.

Growing up in Victoria has also given her an intimate understanding of the city’s heritage. An avid gardener and ex-dressage rider, this experience provides her with a unique perspective of the land and homes of the area.

“I have a degree in fine arts and a trained eye to discover the little details that make each property special,” she says. “This helps me craft a marketing strategy that ensures my clients get the most value out of their property.”

Easy going and social, Holly is an avid community participant and is on the committee for the Mother’s Day Garden Tour, which is a fundraiser for the Victoria Conservatory of Music. Her relaxed persona allows clients to open up and tell her what most concerns them. This personal knowledge helps her navigate her clients through the peaks and pitfalls of property sales. Ultimately, Holly’s goal is to make home sales for her clients as smooth as possible, resulting in happy new beginnings for everyone.
